At Bunker714, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully select products from trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners to help bring quality outdoor gear and apparel directly to your door.
Because our store offers both print-on-demand (POD) products and dropshipped merchandise, our return policy differs slightly depending on the type of item purchased.
30-Day Return Policy
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Be in resalable condition
- Include proof of purchase or your order number
Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Many of our apparel, drinkware, home décor, puzzles, and other custom products are made specifically for your order.
Because these items are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Color preference
- Buyer's remorse
However, if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly printed
- Incorrect item received
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with our production partner to replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
Photos of the item and packaging may be required to process your claim.
Dropshipped Products
Most camping gear, outdoor equipment, travel accessories, and other non-custom merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return requirements.
Some manufacturers or suppliers may have specific return conditions that must also be followed. If applicable, we'll provide return instructions once your request has been approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping packaging (if damaged)
This allows us to quickly resolve the issue with our fulfillment partner.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected (when applicable), we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Print-on-demand apparel
- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Digital products (if offered)
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color (when eligible), please return the item according to this policy and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Because many products begin production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production or fulfillment has not yet begun, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
